Help - I am suffering from a spyware inside my system

I have used Adware and Spybot together to try and find this bug that has slowed my computer down.

Anyways these two programmes I just mentioned have not picked this one up, I hope someone out there knows what to do next.

Also does CiD ring any bells as everytime I get a page loaded without me doing so, the page loads up with CiD being the head starter.

Spysweeper is the best antispyware software i have used...
