HELP! I got a problem and I need to Clone My OS to replace the one in use

Lets start from beginning--My New MSI PC is working Good 'BUT!' I seam to have been Hacked on both my PC's. Checked for viruses etc but found none. My "Windows Defender" stopped working on Both PCs. I have tried everything & I mean everything to get it to work to no avail. I can't even Delete it or Update it as something in my PCs is stopping me doing so.
1) I had a clone of my OS on my old PC so I put that in and Defender works. So it looks like I got Hacked somehow on both PCs.
2) on my nice new PC MSI Pro Z690-A DDR4 I have a large COOLER, "Noctua NH-D15 Dual Radiator Quiete CPU Cooler with two NH-A15 Fans". I Love it.
My WD Black SN750 1TB M.2 2280 NVME PCI-E Gen4 Drive is behind this big huge Lump of a Cooler. So I must CLONE my OS on another NVME of which I got in a caddy.
Now, How the heck am I to get the First one out from behind Cooler in order to insert the new one??

Must I take Out this Cooler in order to do it (there is a Heatsink over it as well) ? If I do take it out would I be better off putting in a Water Cooler?? If So, it means I have to take out the Three fans up front in order to insert it. Or take out the TWO top fans or even bottom fans. Can someone Help me on this please. Been working on these PCs all week to try n solve my problem. I'm now tired and got a Ruddy Headache. Cheers.

OR--Install Windows 10 on new NVME (might be easier) but How do I do the above either way.

Sometimes you can pop off the fans of the cooler to get enough access to install an NVME.

I've read the OP several times and still confused what the OP is trying to do.

What type of device is the OS you want to use\clone on?

Do you want to clone this OS to both your computers or just the one with the NH-D15?

Create a bootable USB with Clonezilla, connect your original OS and clone to the existing NVMe, no need to remove and replace.

For hacking advice, calling @extrememachine

Sorry for delay. I been very busy. I bought a new NVME and put it into a usb caddy. I then downloaded Windows 11 from Microsoft and installed it. WORST thing I've ever done in my life. I might go back to Win 10. Had to do loads of Goggling to find out how to change things etc., All working now except for some strange reason it will Not let me install 'Macrium Reflect' Or 'Acronis true Image' as I want to clone the darn thing. If I can't do that I'll go back to Win 10. Microsoft has really FUFFED up win 11. By the way, I'm using Win 11 Pro.

Macrium reflect works fine
On my various windows 11 preview versions
Acronis doesn't play nice at all
Multiple errors with schedule service not working
So binned that
Even though came free with my Sn850x

You getting any error messages
Trying to install Macrium?
