HELP-I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!!

This is true so please help me before adding stupid comments.

I sold some laptops on gumtree and the buyer asked me to send them to his daughter in Nigeria. He sent me the payment through paypal and i got an email from paypal saying that the buyer no longer had the funds and i had to submit a tracking number to get the money. For all i knew the email was legit. I sent the laptops today via FedEx and called Paypal and they said it was a scam. Please tell me what i should do next. I can't call FedEx - are there any phone numbers that i can contact them on now?

I have emailed fraud departments. What else do i do?
