Help i stopped a service

I was fed up of all my HDD activity in Vista 64 so i tried a registry 'tweak' i came across in these forums somewhere.

Basically it involved stopping a windows service i think.

Anyway, it hasnt made much difference but now i want to revert back to how it was originally.
Only trouble is, i forgot what i have to do.

If it is any help, i stopped a service that is supposed to make your regularly used programs start faster.

Any ideas ?

Does "Superfetch" ring any bells?

Superfetch, Windows Search possibly? This is what happens when people recommend disabling services. It should simply be a case of going back into the services manager, finding it in the list and starting it again.
