I have spent time and money on trying to keep both temps and noise down using air cooling. With my current overclock (cpu and gfx card) temps are a shade high 46C (cpu) 37C (m/b) under load and the noise is getting on my nerves, I guess the VF900 does not help with temps.

My current kit is housed in an Eclipse 62 case.

I am looking at water cooling my cpu and video card as the coming summer months won't help.

I know nothing about water cooling and need some help please.

Can you spec me a setup that will be cool and quiet? I don't mind spending a few quid for a quality result.

Thanks in advance Matt

if ya want performance silence and a cool look... id get a full 1/2" kit... and for performance a custom kit is best,

Cpu block Danger Den TDX block
GPU block Danger Den Maze 4 or Danger Den NV78 (cools ram too)
Tubing 6ft 1/2" tygon or clearflex
Pump Danger Den D5 or Laing DDC 1plus (with top res to make it 1/2")
Radiator Thermochill PA 120.2 or BIP 120.2 (measure your case to make sure they will fit if your top mounting)

hope that helps any more questions just ask away :)

Im building a watercooling rig in an akasa eclipse atm, i bought the following:

CPU Block - Swiftech Apogee (or storm if you can afford it, but I think its not worth the extra money)
GPU Block - Danger Den Maze 4
Pump - Danger Den D5
Radiator - Thermochill PA120.2
Tubing - 1/2" Clearflex
DangerDen Fillport

I would reccommend you cut two blowholes in the top and mount the rad in the optical drives, and fit some quiet fans, I would personally reccommend Nexus fans which are almost inaudible.
