Help ID a camera for me....!

Stay with me on this please.....

An ex colleague had a digital camera that managed to do lots of optical zoom (maybe 8x or 10x) but it was all done internally (i.e. no lens moving in and out when zooming etc) i think it was also like 8 megapixels.....

I know i am being very very vague....but any help would be much appreciated as my searching and googling isnt getting me very far

Sounds like a Fuji one, S5600 is 5.1mp, S5700 is 7.1mp. But cant be the 9mp S9600 as the lens moves out when zooming.

I'm not that much of an idiot,

it had some nifty double zoom type thing going on inside the camera .......it cost him a good few hundred anyhow

Nope doesnt look like them, was rather slim, i.e. it could fit in his pocket :confused:

Edit: just helped myself with remembering it would fit in a pocket
