Help identify old game!

I was browsing through the steam sale and saw mdk which has brought back childhood memories of the first pc games i played but i can't remember one and its bugging me so much!

I can't remember much about it other than it was 3d, you drive a buggy/jeep type thing, it was set at night and you could blow up satellite dishes

I've found fifa 97, mdk and swiv but the main one I was after isn't here
