Hi,

Ages ago on the PC i used to play a really good RTS game. All i can remember is this:

-Set in the distant past.
-Had a transport water transportation system.
-Also had a bread/yeast building for food.
-Had to build pavements/walkways.
-Very rarely got attacked by other players.
-Dont remember it changing/shifting time periods, although could be wrong.

Please help ocuk! :)

haha doh didnt spot that.

Yeah it was like you had to use a tall structure to carry water across from a source into the city.

Settlers rings a bell, but after looking at the screenshots on google, doesnt look quite as i remember.

It would have been around the 2003-2005 time period iirc.

I actually think I remember this game , I remember an rts where you had to distribute water around the city via aqueducts. Be damned if I can remember the name of it though.

Not one of the Caesar series was it? Caesar IV maybe?

with little pretorian guards, city engineers firebrigade etc? little dissasters and building collapses etc

temples and statues for the 5 'gods'

I think I've still got that kicking about somewhere :)

it was the third one.

I can remember the original coming out, thats old for you :p
