Help Identifying Lock

It's old, worn and rusty and secures the site door of my garage. It needs to be replaced. I can't find another lock the same and don't know what to type it is which doesn't help.

It's made by Legge and that's about all I know:

Any ideas? I'm hoping to find the same sort of thing so I can mount it to the existing door structure. For reference it measures 110mm x 70mm.

Type of VERTICAL rim lock.

Could replace with a Sash lock, if you can find one with the fixing holes.

What does the bolt look like in the locked position?
can't tell how this is locking anything :confused:

Will sort another pic tomorrow. Can't find anything that would be a suitable replacement as yet.

The flat bar on the left probably sits on another bar when the door is closed. The "bolt" part of the lock then slides into a hole in the other bar.

Edit: try looking here as the first 2 locks look similar - http://www.lovehandles.uk.com/arch-hardware/locks-latches.html If they are not the same then I bet this place could find you one.

You need a cheaper version of a ' Welka Latch Lock', but my google fu, fails me this morning.
