Hi, i have had some OCZ reaper x series memory laying around for a while now but i have forgot what size the memory modules are, on the memory it says the following:
PN 0cz2rpx10004gk
pc2 8000
2gb Dual chl kit
Reaper X series
5-5-5

Now i know your thinking, well this is a 2gb dual channel kit, as in 2x 1gb modules but im sure they were a 4gb kit and 2x 2gb module sticks but its confusing me with it saying 2gb dual ch kit on each stick of memory.

Does anyone have any of this stuff in their system they can check to see what theirs say, E.g if they have 4gb, does each stick say 2gb kit

I know its a long shot but its worth a try, i have tried google and people are saying stuff about this being a 4gb kit but i need to know for sure as i want to put it on a popular auction site!

Thank you so much! thats a great help! so they only came as a 4gb kit that sorts that out :) but im still wondering why each one say 2gb kit! seems a strange way to sell a product but nevermind!

As far as I can see they were only a 4GB kit.

With OCZ the last numerical digits in the part number after the zeros (in this case a 4) usually seemed to signify the kit capacity.
