Help im baffled no Post

Hello again still struggling with this pc build.
Problems is it isnt posting at all. I have 2 psu's 2 motherboards and 2 cpus and have tried every setup of the three and still not getting post screen. Am i forgetting something simple thats stopping it posting, what are the basic components to get system to boot

Is it all plugged in tidy?

Have you tried different RAM and GPU (if not using IGP)?

this may sound stupid to some of you but i did this today with my build i pluged the power switch into power led and led into the power switch into the connection block

luckily i have a power on and reset on my mobo and it turned on

then i realised what i did. the connection block was labeled weird tho.

you could check that.

Lets start with some basics.

If the motherboards need additional power via a 4/8pin near the cpu socket, have you plugged this in?

Is it on at the wall?

Is the kettle lead ok and its fuse?

Is the PC doing anything at all, such as the cpu fans spin for a second or any lights on the motherboard?

What parts are you trying to use?

The basics are,

PSU
CPU
Board (can be powered up without a case by shorting the two pins for the power switch momentarily
RAM
GFX (separate or onboard)

Those four things will bring up the post screen.

im definatly getting power it all boot all fans start, light on the motherboard lights up but screen doesnt post

So what parts are you using?

If you are using a GFX card have you plugged power into it?

Is the monitor connected to the correct display device (onboard or discrete)?
