Ok so i start my laptop up put password in next thing i get blue screen DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL so i try it in safe mode
Help im going insane

Wow im trying to write this on the ps3 but even this is playing up ok so windows recovered from unexpected shutdown files that help describe the problem c\windows\minidump0413112545901.

Sorry my post is messed up my ps3 is not the best for using the net if you could make sense of my posts any ideas how i would fix this im on a toshiba satellite c660 171 windows 7 thanks

So its not something i could fix from advice/guidance then? Just send it back to the filty worms that sell dodgy lappys to dopes like me
It's likely to be a dodgy driver, but the information given doesn't help with any further diagnosis. Booting into safe mode and uninstalling then reinstalling the graphics driver might be a good place to start.
If you can't get into safe mode it's reinstalling Windows time. You should have had either a Windows disc, a recovery disc, or a recovery partition on the hard drive supplied with the laptop to enable you to do this.
