Something that'll do all this!...

Play Divx/DVDs etc
HDD recorder where you can record one channel, watch another...or record two channels and watch another OR watch one recording while recording another (if that's possible)!
Integrated Freeview

Any suggestions? Budget up to £175ish.

I think you will find it almost impossible to find something that will do all that for £175.
The closest I found was the Kiss DP-558 but that was around £295 and only has an analogue tuner.
You only other option would be a Freeview HDD recorder and a seperate dirt cheap DVD/DivX player. Even then I would advise the Humax PVR9200T at £240 because it has dual tuner and is brilliant.
