Just bought an Antec 902, And love it to bits. Spent a good month and a bit getting the wiring and insides sorted out (Replaced all the fans with red leds, Prefer it) the side window is still bugging me, Im not too keen on the mesh but taking the mesh out leave the ugly fan filter there, taking that out leaves an ugly hole, So im planning on making a new solid window.

Problem is, I have no experience in cutting plexi glass. I have a jigsaw, and the glass, I just don't know what blade I'll need.

Any help please?

I cant tell whether that was sarcasm or not.

If it was, Then I kind of know there will be a blade for cutting plastic/plexiglass, But there are so many different variations I want to make sure I have the right one, First time. Rather than screwing up a piece of plexi.

Metal blade.
Slowly so it doesn't get hot and start melting the plastic and even take breaks so the blade can cool down.
Plenty of support near the cut to stop the plastic flexing.

Another way is a blowtorach and a knife. Heat the knife and score the plastic. Repeat until you've cut all the way through.

There's probably a youtube video demonstrating but I cba to look for it.

they speak the truth mate, u will find that a wood blade has it teeth to far apart.

We use alu blades at work for cutting fibreglass
