Help in Overclocking

Can someone help me and tell me where im going wrong, is this is correct to oc my cpu?

Amd Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (socket AM2) 2000Mhz X10Multi Bus - 200 Ht Link 800
Asrock A-liveSATA2-Glan
Corsair Value Select 1Gb X 4 DDR2 4300 266mhz. 4-4-4-12-15 1.8V
G-force 7950 Gt GS. Stock 580/750 Oc'd to 640/850
Hiper 580 Watt Sli Edition
Windows Xp Home 32 Edition (i know about the ram

3.3gig)

2.2ghz 220mhz X 10 - 2200mhz (2.2ghz) Stock is 2.0ghz.

Any higher than 2.2 it becomes unstable

At stock my processor is using around 1.185 Volts, it can go to a max of 1.250. I leave the voltage on Auto to use how much power it needs and i up the Core Speed by around 20, after 20 even 25 it just crashes when booting up or when i begin to "Stress" the cpu by trying to load something.

I also have Core Temp up and the cpu temps arnt even that high enough for it to crash IMO. Stressed at 2.2 it heats up to around 46oC

only 40mins away from me heheh

Im sure before ive ran is at a 9 X multiplier and it didnt boot, so i had to take out the battery :S

Right, i have now "underclocked" my cpu, i changed the multi to X 9 now and its running at 1.8 Ghz.

The Max Voltage i can select is 1.250 V i have set it at 1.200V

Im going to try and increase the FSB, So if you dont hear from me, my pc has blew up.

Hello again, im having trouble when i reach 255 X 9 - 2.3ghz. It wont boot, increased the voltage more and it still wouldn't boot up.

Might this be because the Bus - 200 Ht Link 800 Is set to auto and when i was at around 244 X 9 the Ht link was 890. ?? Would setting these at 200/800 make my pc boot at 255?

. When the cpu was at 245, the Ht Link was at 890. I have no clue what it will be at 255 as it wouldnt boot up.

How do i divide my memory? As it is pretty poor memory so this might be the problem.

About the max voltage, 1.250V is my max that i can set it up to. Is this down to my psu or the motherboard its self?

Thanks for the links, ill have a read. Will it work as the guides are for single for and mines dual? Will it be the same concept?

on the guide it states "Keep in mind that HyperTransport will be the limiting factor for going above 250Mhz." mine is having trouble at 255
