Help - insert key in mac keyboards..

Err got a small problem..

I need to use the insert key to insert notes in GP5... but the mac keyboard doesn't have an insert key!

I've got a UK wireless apple keyboard for my MacBook Pro.

Does the help key work? I know that doubles as the insert key in my virtual machine window.

nope but I have found an answer!

It's the first mac version of Guitar Pro 5 but the manual states use the insert key... however Command+Shift+'+' or Command+keypad'+'.. so I may see if I can map it to a single "help" press..

Cheers, bet this is not the first PC port that has had that problem!
