help installing core contact sunbeam cooler!

Hiyall, was wondering if anyones awake so they could guide me installing this crapp!! So annoyed! I'm pc'less till I instal the damned thing so anyone please??

ah thx dude but i then took the damned mobo out and puuushed hard and got it in! damned crazy cpu coolers!
