help installing h20 onto mobo

ok so my system has just arrived.
i have placed the cpu onto my mobo (asrock extreme 7 gen3) and now i am attatching the antec h20 onto it which i am having difficulties understanding the instructions as it doesnt give you much detail.
i have never used water cooling before so can someone please guide me in installing the h20 please.

Whats the problem specifically? I thought the picture guide I got with my Antec 620 was quite easy to follow tho..

well im using socket 1155 but on the back plate there is no 1155 holes to aline with the holes on my mobo, there are holes on the back plate for 775,1156 and 1366.
and by the looks of the diagrams i am supposed to use the blue tension clips? :s

it doesnt look like it fits my mobo at all

The 1156 is same for 1155 so use the instructions given for 1156
