Help installing Nvidia drivers

I haven’t had an Nvidia card since the 8800 gtx days, now I have both AMD and Nvidia cards.

I recently purchased a 1080ti and need some help with installing the drivers. I’m sure a lot has changed on the driver side for Nvidia since then.

Is there anything on the installation package I should untick or shall I just install everything?

I remember recently reading something about telemetry on Nvidia drivers. Is there anything to be concerned about?

Definitely don't use GeForce experience. It sucks. Only thing you might need other than PhysX and graphics drivers is the audio driver if you want to output sound via your GPU. That's it.

I don't even bother with the PhysX driver these days as there are so little games that use it.

I installed:

Graphics card drivers
Audio drivers (I use a receiver)
PhysX

Card is running great! Extremely silent

Time Spy graphics score: 10068
Test 1: 64.91
Test 2: 58.29

Unzip the driver package manually then delete the files/folders you do not want before running setup.
