Hey all, no idea what's going on here, worried my 5870 has died on me or something!

Short version, after restarting MW2 no games startup, they just crash when loading ect, I have gone from the 10.4a ATI beta drivers to the latest official drivers didn't make a difference ,nothing strange on windows or on startup, GPU is not overheating, any ideas?
