So when i start up my pc from being shot down i get this really long q code cycle, but when i restart it it just skips it
so here is link to video i just wanna know if its normal or not i dont want to promote or something (i dont know if its bannable)
just to know its 5900x on ch6 with 8501 bios

another thing i would like to mention is than in bios i have around 62c but when i get in windows my vents ramp up and then it drops to 30-40
i would also like to know if that is normal to
(im running pbo all cores offset -20 with xmp ram 3000mhz)

thank you guys in advance :)

so is that problem then? i reseted bios even updated it to latest version, and its same.
only after after instaling ai suite 3 i got new code in cycle its code 42

but pc boots and runs fine?

will this demage my pc in long run or is it only boot thing?

yeah i dont remember having this problem before changing cpu or actually upgrading bios for new cpu,
when u said it i think its worth to metion it to u my ram is balistix elite 4 x 4gb 3000mhz

its crosshair hero vi x370 with r5900x and rx6700xt and sesonic 750gold focus smoething
if i remember before month ago there was 1800x in this board for 5 years with that ram and i dont recall seeing those cycles on q code, so i think it worked fine
when i put in 5900x i started noticing it
i updated bios reseted it do deffoults cleared coms via back mbo button

so as i mention it boots in windows every time and i see no problems with it running i get cb multicoere 21000 and single core 1600 i think with max temp 70 with front panel and 64 i think when i rip of front panel,
i dont get any crashes when im in windows only some wierd fan noise like its blowing into something it goes like huuuuuu sometimes xd

so my question is do i need to be scared of those cods if it boots fine or its big problem?

i got thos ram sticks before 5 years i went for 5900x couse i tought i can only change cpu and gpu and not build whole new platform

also i run y cruncher for half of hour 3 cycles stress test and it passed all tests with max temp around 80, on idile temp is around 40 with front panel and 33 without it

if i decide to buy new ram i dont know witch to buy couse on crosshair vi support page i cant find witch rams are supported with 5000 series

yea bios is updated to latest version 8601 and as i mention everything runs fine only thing is that when i cold boot it cycles 2 times on qcode display and when i reset pc it cycles only 1 time and fast, so when i cold boot it blinks all leds ddr cpu and that, i need to mention when it blinks cpu light its red im not sure is it deafult color or it is error code and q code displays numbers like 15 16 17 then goes sometning like 42 with cpu red light on thnen something like c8 after that a2 aa and its in windows when its on aa witch is normal code for asus mbos and it stays on aa in windows i would think that if its real error my qcode would stay on number where error is it wodnt get in windows or am i looking at it wrong way?

my memory of filly registrated in bios i can se i have 4 dimms 16gb and in apps like cpu z i can se they run normally full speed ass set, and i dont get crashes, only thing that was wierd to me is when i had sleep enabled when my pc went to sleep mod it would take it like 30 seconds to boot again and once i heard mbo squeq 4 short beeps so i disabled sleep mode, i was searching on reddit and saw people have same bug even with new mbos like x570 and flagship ones, they say its some windows error

i also mentioned its not my ram light lit up when i se 42, but my cpu light is red for second with code 42 and then it continues boot cycle

also to mention i have fast boot in bios enabled and in windows disabled couse i had some vierd isue wher my pc didnt tunred of on shutdown

yeah i found information cpu light is red, dram is yellow, vga white and boot is yellow green, so that red light means it just checking cpu in power cycle

it boots every time, i was playing a lot in bios and never had it not boot. And when it boots none of lights stay up except one green light on the right that says cpu ready that light is always. It does not matter if pc is on or of
