HELP Just put new build together but theres no signal to monitor

Hi guys just finished assembling my first build turned it on but the monitor says no signal. I was building the pc with a step by step guide on youtube and everything went fine.

Specs:

Amd 760k

Msi a88xm e35

Corsair cx500m

4gb hyperx black ram 1 module

Arctic alpine 64 plus

1tb hdd

Ati radeon 5850 1gb

Connected to monitor with hdmi, and yes Its connected to the gpu hdmi. I have also tried connecting through vga, but still same problem

I didnt get a mobo speaker with it, there is a connection for it though. How do I reset cmos? Sorry complete noob here

Plugged hdmi into mobo, same thing. I cant even get into bios the monitor instantly says no signal

One thing im a bit unsure of is there are two pci e connectors plugged into my gpu and on both connectors there are two cables hanging off them which have two pins each, these are currently not connected, is this a problem?

Finally working

I just took it all apart and rebuilt. I dont know how many of you actualy enjoy the building part, I found it very frustrating lol. Thanks for the help guys, no doubt il be here asking for more assistance soon.
