HELP! Laptop display not showing

Hi OCUK!

Hope you're all feeling merry!

For some reason the display on my laptop is glowing (the back light is lit), but it is not showing anything, not even the system info at the start up.

Now luckily i plugged a second monitor in and the second monitor displayed what should have been on the laptop display.

But recently that has failed.

So i get no display on my laptop screen, nor on an external monitor.

Any idea what it could be?

Laptop -

Rock Xtreme CTX t2700

So you think the GPU has died perhaps?

Hmmm, i know how to put together desktops and tinker, and ive changed laptop ram and HDD, but im not too familiar with laptop GPUs. hmmm.
