I'm desperatley trying to leave Tiscali, but I'm not having much luck.
I have to cease my line because I'm on Tiscali LLU. (Not that I asked to be!)
I first phoned Tiscal on Feb 14th and they said I would have to wait 14 days before they contacted BT.
After one month, I still had connectivity so I called them again. "Sorry, there's been a mistake, we'll set the ball rolling again, but with no 14 day period this time."
OK I thought, should be off in a couple of weeks. Near end of March, I rang again as i still had connectivity. "Again, sorry Sir, BT have not ceased your line, we will put request in again."
I still have connectivity and it's April 8th!!
What do I do short of completley loosing my temper with them?
Can I get BT to do the cease myself?
