Hi I just bought the latest LG 32UL950 monitor this week which is a top spec monitor costing over £1000 for professional photo editing.

I have been testing it the last 3 days and noticed there appears to be a a small area with backlight bleed on the bottom right edge. I have taken a picture with my iPhone to show what this looks like, and would like some advice as I dont think it should be suffering with as this is a professional monitor so would like to get a replacement.

It is noticeable when I am working with darker photos and also dark scenes in videos. What do you think?

Not acceptable in my book for a £1000+ monitor you should return if for another and if that is the same i am afraid you might have to look at another model.

My 32" 4K Benq EW3270U was half the price and has non of these issues but then is does use a VA panel were as the LG is IPS and seem more prone to back light bleed.

Send it back.
