Ok Guys i bought a Logitech DiNovo blutooth combo about 18 months ago but afew months ago my mouse got borked. I dropped it accidently and since then it dont work. Now i know the warranty has ran out so what am i to do?
I cant fork out on a new dinovo set just so i can get a mouse that works....i only need to some how replace the mouse but i cant find it anywhere. No one stocks it on its own.

Any ideas how i can get my hands on a new logitech dinovo mouse?

Ring up logitech customer service, my mx510 died and he was about to send me an mx518 as they where out of stock of the mx510, best customer service ever tbh :D

They have the best support ever.
just phone them and say my mouse stoped working they will ask where you bought it from, and how old it is, then they will ask you for the serial number from the bottom of the mouse then they will ask for your address.

then presto you get a new one :)

P.s you dont need a invoice or the date you purchased it or that you have registered it, they will ask you where you bought it from though OCUK ect :)

PPS. its possible 88% that you will get a brandnew Dinovo Media Desktop sent to your house. as most of the time with it being a combi they send the complete set and will probably ask you to mail them parts of your set when the new dinovo desktop arrives.

Can vouch for Logitechs support :)

My MX1000 went a bit odd after nearly 2 years ownership (3 yr warranty) I phoned em up, the guy (in switzerland) went through the usual stuff, including swapping mouse buttons etc to check it was a HW problem, then he agreed to send me a new one. Bout two weeks later I got another email saying they didnt have stock and wanted to upgrade me to an MX Revolution :D

Bout a week later I had it! All i had to do was cut off the USB plug from my old MX1000 and post it back to a swiss address (44p postage :p)

Really good service, fully agreed.

I could have sworn when I bought my original dinovo that they had a lifetime guarantee for some reason

rang logitech just now. Very helpful...told them what the problem was and they will be sending me a NEW DiNovo set which i should get by Friday or Monday next week.

They dont even want the old stuff back either. :)
So i've got a dinovo set at the mo which works other than the mouse...what shall i do with it (kepyboard, media pad and adapter still work perfectly)???
