Help, looking to do this.....3 speaker zone areas

Hello guys,
I'm trying to work out what is the best way in doing this it's for my mates pub.
He needs to have one audio input and going to three different speaker zone area's all which need to have their own volume control.
The only way I can think of doing this is by having 3 amps and each amp running it's own speaker zone, just the cost of buying 3 amps has put him off.
Is there any amps out there with more than one speaker zone output .

A multi channel stereo amp would cover all basis here.

Sonos wireless speakers... Can control them from your phone and they have many different setup options.
