You're welcome. Most people call me Hono....save your keyboard keys if nothing else lol
Hopefully you have learned a thing or two. There are plenty of sections to the forum to contribute in, even if it's just the General Discussion. General Hardware is where you want to be to keep current with what parts to use for your build and see what others are doing.
You don't have to make out you are a Geek Guru. If you see a thread which is similar to what you are doing then you can mention what you have learned.....The AMD APUs are good for an all round budget home PC and can do light gaming, you also know to use fast RAM to help the gaming performance. As you get near to doing your own build it would be wise to start a new thread and doing a practice spec and see what comments you get.
I do use the Z9 U3 case a lot when I do builds, it goes down well. For £50 there is a lot to like, it has a digital temp display and a fan controller which can adjust the speed of the two LED fans and dims them when set to low. It has three fans in total and offers more USB3 ports than the Asgard we have been spec'ing.
I look forward to seeing what you guys settle on in the end.
