help me - cant delete 'things'

hi i dont know if anybody can help but i have things on my pc that wont delete and cant uninstall them. does anyone know a program and where i can get it from that will do the job.

Is it spyware?

Google it, and if it is theres a chance there is a removal tool about.

I googled for you, some people had the same problem over Here and they recommended This which apparntly works a treat.
