Looking to rebuild my system next week, and finding it hard to decide on a case. Requirements are for it to be clean looking (no bling-bling), black, pref aluminium tho not desperate, with reasonable airflow and lowish noise from stock.

I've been looking at either the Lian-Li PC-A07B, the P182, or possibly the Lian-Li PC-7B PLUS II. Any experiences would be great, in particular if a 280GTX will fit in them all ok.

Kit going in there will be:
Either existing Abit IP-35E with a new quad
or a new motherboard (ATX or micro, have options either way) with a Phenom 2 940.
280GTX
Not much else, decent PSU, single DVD-RW, 2 SATA drives.

Any advice appreciated.

Well its not in the list of your choices but id strongly urge you to go for an Antec 1200, looks cool, Cools excellently and has about as much room in it as the tardis :)

Had a look - possibly a bit too large for what I'm after. Not too bothered about side windows or any of that either.

Am leaning towards the Lian-Li PC 7B PLUSII, with the 3-bay HDD rack and a Lian-Li bezel.

Using my Abit IP-35E so looking to get the case (and above extras) with a Q9550, a Thermalright TRUE Black 120, an as-yet undecided PSU, and the 280GTX that's arriving tommorrow.

Hoping to order the bits on Thursday, so a few days yet to change my mind. Decided to keep my mobo and get the 9550, so it's just the case that may still change :D
