Hi All,
im starting to look at picking up pieces of my new build for once haswell is released and i need to look for a case to get the ball rolling. Im not after anything fancy looking, just functional, good build quality, has USB 3 ports on the front and something that will last.
I like the look of the carbide 400R (understated looks and good quality?) and was wondering is you all think its a decent case? I probably wont be using water cooling but will have 1xSSD (OS) plus possibly another SSD and maybe up to 2xnormal hard drives so it needs to accommodate those as a minimum. Possibly 2x5.25" optical drives.
As with most things, i am on a tight budget so lower the better but not at the expense of quality. If its truly superior i don't mind spending the extra.
Also, haswell wont have an impact on cases or anything since the new Z87 MBs should just be standard ATX right? i.e. is it wise to buy now rather than later?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
