Decided to buy a couple of PC games and fancied a change from the usual fps/rts I play. Is Fable: The lost chapters any good? It's part of a 2 for £25 and I quite like the look of it. Also I'm tempted with GTA: VC and/or BIA: Earned in Blood (mainly for my dad).

Out of those 3 which would you choose?

Id go for Fable and GTA, id say at least 50 hours of gameplay between the 2 of them, great value for money and good games.

GTA isn't very good on PC though....

Its a shoddy port and as far as I know its impossible to set a controller to work with it.
Flying choppers and riding bikes is horrid with a keyboard. And cars aren't much better.
The only things that are better about the pc version than playstation/xbox are better visuals, easier on foot shooting (:D) and it loads much quicker

I thought GTA:VC was great on PC. I haven't completed any of the other GTA series storylines (and I've played them all except GTA:London), but VC kept me hooked all the way through. Very cool story, design and music, not without it's flaws of course, but I can live with dubious controls in a few sections because of the overbearing quality of the game.

Fable has piqued my interest too, although I'm yet to play it. I'd steer clear of the Brothers in Arms games if the first one is anything to go by.

Dont get GTA as it REALLY is not worth getting on computer plus nearly everybody has complted it on like PS2 its rather tedious after abit although you do get a lot of gameplay out of GTA. ;) ;) ;)

I ended up picking Fable and BIA. I'm liking Fable so far, but not so keen on BIA and neither is my Dad who loves the COD series.

Why Fable? You looking to get into RPGs or just heard a lot about that game because it's highly-hyped?
Personally, I think the perfect way to move from FPSs to RPGs is to go play Deus Ex! ;)

It was 2 for £25 and seemed a good idea at the time :D
