Help Me Choose A Monitor Please!!

Hi i hope people can steer me in the right Direction and let me know what would be the best monitor for console gaming i will have a pc link up aswell but wont be for much gaming really
Heres a couple ive found and dunno what to go for open to suggest about another monitor

what console do you want it for? what resolution does your console output - as you seem just to be focusing on 4K rather than say 1080.
