hi all,

i have a lian li PC101B atm and its just to small for me although it has been a great case which i do still really like, my hdds are evergrowing so i need a bigger case and i like the design of the 101B so i was thinking of a PC201B, but there is no side panel available for this case and im useless at modding so thats out of the question, i saw the v2000 but it doesnt look as good as the 201B but it has a side pannel, what case would you choose out of the 2 and why?

How many CD drives are you running in your current case and do not suppose you have any current internal shots of it?

Personally I would stay with what you have got and work a out a way to get a little but more life out of it.

With the money you will save on the case you could upgrade to bigger drives, saving the need for so many and there are countless other ways you could fit more drives into your case. :)

yeah i jst got some new 320gb seagates and dont really want to get rid of them just yet, i dont have any shots of the insides but things arfe starting to get toastie inside as theres not much ventallation, i am also getting 2 new pioneer 111dbks aftr cristmas so i will have 2 optical drives a floppy, fan controler and silent hdd mount for my raptor

Well a v2000 has 12 harddrive bays + 7 5 1/4" bays. So even with 4 of those taken up with Optical drives, floppy and fan controller, you'd still be left with a potential 15 hardrive spaces. Same goes for the Pc-201. If you need more than that, have you considered rackmounted cases?
