Help Me Choose a new Chefs Knife from these choices

Option 3) Global G2 either as this set http://www.pots-and-pans.co.uk/global-g-2220br-20cm-cook-s-knife-minosharp-in-black-and-red or on its own for £76.50

Option 4) Wusthof Classic http://www.pots-and-pans.co.uk/wusthof-classic-20cm-cooks-knife

Option 5) I.O. Shen Mastergrade http://www.pots-and-pans.co.uk/i-o-shen-mastergrade-210mm-chefs-knife

I will be happy with any of them but just can't make up my mind so need some help with the decision. TH Global set with the sharpener if I went for Global would be useful as I have problems with my hand that make holding a steel properly extremely hard and the same for using whetstones.

I have tried them all in my hand but not at the same time as some have been friends and others just in the shop. Im just looking for some input on longevity and pros and cons of them all.
