Help me choose a PSU.

On my second computer, the PSU is a little dodgy, so I think it's high time to buy a new one.

Specs:

AMD Athlon 64 3500 Venice @ 2.2GHz
1GB DDR RAM
60GB IDE Hard drive
ATi Radeon 9800 Pro
Creative SB Live 5.1
DVD-RW
Floppy.

My max budget for this PSU is no more than £50. Ideally I'd like a PSU between £35-45.

Note: It has to be "silent"!

That would be a good choice, however if you can't wait for it to return to stock then an Akasa 400w or 460w is also worth a look, other than that I can't see all that much that would be any real form of improvement at £50 or below.
