Wow, an extra 4GB on the 390, compared to the 970? What is the catch?
I am not that tec savy, what one is the best of these 3?

390 Nitro is best pick to me, no catch you get double the memory, performance trading blows with 970, and gets on 390's favor as resolution goes up.
btw personally when i build a PC, i pick a PSU enough for crossfire/sli, just incase i feel like adding one down the road, or stumble on a too good of a deal to pass, so 750-850 watt psu, would be better pick than 550 and future proof, but if you know you would never add 2nd gpu, the one you picked is fine
