Help me clock my AMD 6400x2 Be

Hiya all.
Well i have just spent a bit of money and upgraded my GPU and Case and now i thinking of overclocking my cpu but i am a total newbie when it comes to this sort of stuff and thats where you guys come in..
My Computer Spec is as follows

AMD 6400x2 Black Edition(3.2Ghz)
Artic Freezer Pro CPU Cooler
Asus M2N-SLi Deluxe
Coolermaster Real Power 850W PSU
XFX GTX295(twin gpu model) GPU
Patriot 4GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 C5 Extreme Performance (2x2GB)
XFi Fatal1ty platinum Sound card
Antec 1200 Case fitted with 6x120mm fans plus 1x200mm fan
Any help will be most appreciated

I assume your CPU is the AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+?
First, download Prime95 and Real Temp.
Then, in the BIOS, find the FSB. Raise that by 10 then boot into Windows, and run Prime95 on Small FFT for about 15 mins, with Real Temp, measuring your CPU temps. If it passes, then go back into the BIOS and continue the same process, until Prime95 crashes. When it crashes, go back to the last stable speed.
With the 6400+, you might be able to reach 3.5ghz max if you're lucky.
