Somewhere in the middle.
Ive done this in the past and ive pretty much forgot what settings everything was on.

The processor is a 2500, and ive had it at 3200 speeds years ago, however i cant remember what i was doing lol.

This is my first overclock in years. What should i do for best chance?

Mobo is a Dfi Infinity socket A jobby
Ram is Geil Ultra (altho i think its iffy) 1gb pc3200 ddr
Tagan 480psu

Gimme a good start point dudes. I want a bit extra speed :D

What do you have cooling it?

Try 200 x 11 = 2200 = XP3200+ on stock volts as most of these could do 3200+ on 1.65v...if it isnt stable up it gradually to 1.8v...to get 2300MHz try 210FSB which your RAM should be able to do. Up the Vdimm to 2.9v if it isnt stable at 210FSB and vcore to 1.85v. Make sure your CPU temp doesn't go above 60C else that could be the cause of things getting unstable.

I think the default RAM timings for that RAM are 2-3-3-6 so if the RAM becomes limiting try slackening it off to CAS 2.5.

The lower the better for higher clocks.

(2-3-3-)11 was best for NF2 ;)

Looks like my processor is pants.

It just doesnt wanna do 3200 speeds now, It resets right before windows loads. or freezes. ive tried a few settings but i got scared cos i couldnt get it to boot and had to reset cmos :(
