Help me config my custom router on BE plz

I don't know what my settins should be on this page.....

It's a custom firmware on a netgear dg834pn. I get random disconnects and would like to optimize my settings.

To clarify:

I HAD rebooted the router. Because I'd been messing around with the settings to get stable.

I AM on fastpath. Incidentally the connection seemed perfect before the switch although I'd only tested it for a couple of days.

I only have one phone connection point in the entire house and I have a filter on it.

The firmware I am running is - V1.03.25 - DGTeam Rev. 0743 (A2pB023b.d16f)

I seem to recall someone saying that you could rewire you phone socket for a better connection I would be willing to do this but bearing in mind I DO use my landline phone on the same socket.
