Well, the thread title says it all really. I picked up what appears to be a nice cut of sirloin earlier on, and I'm planning on having it for dinner, but I've just realised (even after extensive Googling) that I don't really know how to cook it
I'd like it medium rare, how long should I have it on my George Foreman grill? (Or perhaps there's a better way of cooking it?) Do I need to prepare the steak in any way, marinades, salt or pepper etc? It's just going to be a steak and chips affair really, with a bit of salad.
