Help me decide on the RAM

Hi,

Its between a) GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC3200 Value Dual Channel Kit CAS3 or b) Gskill 2gb ( 2x 1gb) pc4000 cas3

I will be overclocking....

Other components I have are:

Opty170
Dfi Lan sli dr
Zalman 9500
7900 gtx

I wanna get the opty 170 up to 2.8 at least so which ram do you think will be best?

gskill 2gb hz is a sound investment, mine goes to 285 fsb stable.
