hi am stuck between the Dell Ultrasharp 2007FP 20.1" Performance LCD Monitor
or the Dell E207WFP 20" Widescreen LCD Monitor
which is better and why?

Only one major difference.

The WFP is widescreen, hence the W.

If it was me, i'd be getting the widescreen version.
