Help me do some maths!

Ok Help me OCUK!

I need to do some maths questions and was wondering if you lot can help me please! I need to show my working as well.

1. Paul has 35 CD's, but 14 of them have damaged cases, what percentage of his CD's are damaged?

2. The diagonal of a square is 20 cm long, find the area of the square.

3. What would be the co-ordinates for the graph y=3x -1

4. For each of these sequences find an expression for the nth term

4,9,16,25

3, 3 1/4 3 1/2, 3 3/4

5. A line with the equation y=mx + c goes through the points (0,4) and (2,14) find m and c.

No I just need like the first 5 points so I can plot the line. I have the graph here I need to plot the co-ordinates on it.
