Help me find a MoBo

Hi, gonna be building a new PC but I cannot decide on a MB. Need you guys to help me out here.

The rest of the specs are:

i7 (Ivy Bridge)
16GB Gskill RipJawsz RAM
2x GTX680
120GB SSD
2TB HDD
Not decided on a PSU yet.

The CPU and GFX cards will be water cooled and all this will be going inside a ThermaTake Level 10 GT.

Have looked at a few MoBos but I really can't decide.

Ahh sorry, forgot to add that on. Not really got one but wouldn't like to spend more than £150 ish. Unless one at a higher price could offer something amazing.

If your into overclocking and especially memory tweaking and want to get the best from the excellent IMC on Ivy then go for the ASUS Max 5 gene.

Ahh yes I will be doing the odd bit of overclocking.
