I think i saw it here, but cant be sure, but basically it used a cheap camera and comverted it to take IR (i think) and high-noise colour pics in low light, and then merged them together to make a picture that was massively better than either on their own. It had the colour of the high-noise with the clearness of the IR(?) mage...
