Help me find a song from The Wire

Hey lads,

It's from the first series in episode seven. The song is playing in Stinkum's car as he's taking the new package to the pit (before the car gets chased). The only line I can hear is "supreme laced tracks, with baking soda and crack". Google only brings up another dude on another forum asking the same question :/

Does anyone know what the title is?

if we're asking questions about songs from the Wire, does anyone know what the song is that plays as Avon, Stringer and Stinkum walk into the pit to give D and Wallace money?

It's in slow motion and cool doesn't come close to that scene.
