I'm looking for a Case with the following
: Dual Chamber/Hidden PSU
: Loads Cable Room (i mean LOADS)
: support for 4 way GPU
: Good Airflow
: under 200 quid?
: ATX or CEB Form
not fully decided on Motherboard, thats why im asking for ATX & CEB Factor
apparently if the case supports E-ATX it will support CEB

SSI CEB uses the same mounting locations as a standard ATX board. The only difference between the two is that the SSI CEB board is just under an inch (23mm) longer/taller ( 12" x 10.5" as opposed to the ATX spec 12" x 9.6") -they also share the same I/O (motherboard backpane) dimensions.
