help me find some drivers !!

i was given a Iqon laptop and have installed windows xp, however i need a few drivers and google is not happening for me today!

it's a Phillips iqon litt01 (at least that is what the label says) no other real makings

doesnt windows just install any necessary generic drivers?

Download and install PC Wizard which will give you all the info of the hardware installed, then go to manufacturer's website and download appropriate drivers...

Chipset - Intel?
Graphics - Intel?
LAN - Realtek?

i need the trackerpad one more than most, not to mention the display

im sure the graphics would be just a standard intel integrated graphics driver?

try using driver genius pro m8 it works a treat for every os and com i have used

Odd thing with Phillips laptops is they are not made by Phillips, they are just badged by them.

Phillips will have nothing to do with it!

Best bet is to use PC Wizard and do some digging once you know who makes the hardware.

Might be a bit patrionising but have you done a windows update to see if any drivers come down with that?

the trackpad will most likely be synaptics or alps
