Help me find the name of this Film

Basically a film I watched long long time ago when I was a kid. I remember it was on channel 4 late at night. The scene I remember the most is these group of lads chasing this boy, i think the boy was on the bike and they were in a car then chase him to some woods, tease him and then stab in the stomach. Then his younger brother exacts revenge afterwards.

If anyone can figure it out from that vague descrip would be very appreciated. Have been trying to figure out the film for a very very long time!

Had a quick look can't be that as this film was old, would have been made in the 70's and but mor elikely the 80's and was American based. I watched this in the 90's.

I vaguely remember the name to be hardy boys, but then again i think that may have been some childrens novel series lol.
